Opportunity Details

The Shell Assessed Internship offers an opportunity to be part of the future of energy. Interns will be challenged to innovate, absorb information, analyze problems, make objective decisions, and come up with original ideas. They are expected to have the drive, resilience, flexibility to work as part of a team, and the credibility to influence others. The internship typically lasts for 10-12 weeks in the chosen business area, and interns will work on real projects with a significant level of business impact. Throughout the internship, interns will have a supervisor and mentor to provide support and guidance. At the end of the internship, interns will be asked to prepare a presentation about their project, and there will be a discussion on project delivery and performance by the supervisor and mentor.
