West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join its Enterprise Strategy & Execution team within the Operations Excellence (OpEx) Practice. Interns will apply both business and technology expertise to help clients transform their organizations across COO, CFO, and CIO functions. This includes conducting current-state assessments, building business cases, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. Interns will gain hands-on experience developing strategies that align with organizational goals, balance costs and risks, and drive digital and operational change. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, defining performance metrics, developing analytical frameworks, managing and interpreting large datasets, and presenting findings through clear and engaging deliverables.
