In 2022, The Boeing Company reaffirmed its commitment to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) with $8 Million investment through Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), building on the partnership initially launched in 2018. The Boeing Business Internship Program – Supply Chain Management offers internship opportunities across one of the world’s most complex supply chain organizations. These opportunities span throughout Boeing’s Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate. At Boeing, these roles are essential to running a business that connects and protects people around the world
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling offers internship opportunities in several locations in Boeing Defense, Space and Security assisting in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Participate in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Assist more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case. Gather, organize and provide data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance, and support the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Law and Corporate Investigation offers internship opportunities in several areas under the Law Department. We aspire to be a seamlessly integrated team that supports and protects every Boeing business in every place we operate around the world. The Corporate Investigations intern will be participating in an investigative records management project primarily, while being given the opportunity to regularly shadow Corporate Investigators on workplace misconduct and fraud cases.
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Manufacturing and Operations offers internship opportunities to motivated students joining our team this summer as a Manufacturing and Operations intern. During this internship, you’ll work with your leader to develop assignments that expand on your current skills and enhance your professional development. This internship will provide you with insights into highly talented, motivated, and creative engineering environment of a technology. This position will provide business analysis and day-to-day support to our program managers and engineering teams, assisting with preparation of deliverables to our customers, organizing customer meetings, helping to manage the final build and delivery of prototype product documentation, and other support tasks as needed. You will get to experience many aspects of project management.
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Strategy and Corporate Development (SCD) offers internship opportunities for a dynamic intern to be part of setting strategic priorities, recommending major business decisions, evaluating investment options, and directly impacting the trajectory of a multi-billion-dollar global enterprise. In SCD, you will have a unique opportunity to participate in projects that might involve strategy development and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and have a significant impact on the company and it’s future. There are projects that involve M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives end-to-end developing insightful analysis and communicating clearly and compellingly to leadership. At Boeing, the Strategy function performs Market Analysis, Intelligence & Portfolio Planning, Strategic Analysis and Integration, and Market Development.
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Finance offers value to the company as it has a proven history of delivering our top Finance leaders. Finance opportunities span across all of our Business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; and Corporate. At Boeing, the Finance function provides insights and analytics while being essential to running a business that connects and protects people around the world.
The Boeing Business Internship Program – Quality Specialist offers opportunities to partner with and lead cross-functional business units to protect the integrity of products and processes, effectively ensuring that every product and service meets quality and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Currently an enrolled student attending a College or university with an expected graduation date after July 31, 2024
• Ability to work Full Time for 10-12 weeks during the summer
• Current enrolled at a Historically Black College and University
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
• Previous business or related internships or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
• Majoring in one of the following: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, International Relations, Global Studies, Finance, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field of study
• MBA Candidates or Masters in related disciplines preferred for strategy roles
• The ability to telecommute
• The ability to relocate and work onsite
Safety Sensitive:
Some of these positions are safety sensitive positions and may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
NASA Access:
Some of these positions require the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Summary pay range: Min: $37,000 – Max: $80,000
