About the Internship

Based in one of the world’s global financial centres , you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Internship , you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.

Successful interns will be invited back to the US Summer Internship programme the following summer.

As our DWS Achieve Intern you will:
• Analyse data given to you by your managers/team to support their work
• Create supporting documents, presentations and overviews that are valuable for the work of DWS
• Collaborate with immediate colleagues and the wider global team
• Receive professional skills training to prepare you for the industry
• Be given a project to complete during the programme . You and your team of fellow interns will be tasked to research and help to find solutions for a real business challenge. At the end of the internship, you will have the chance to present your findings to a panel of DWS colleagues.

• Someone with a keen interest in financial services but no experience is required
