Opportunity Details

The Latin America Initiative (LAI) in the Foreign Policy Program at Brookings is seeking one part-time (20 hours per week) Summer 2014 Intern to assist with research projects, events, administrative and outreach activities.

Daily tasks will include conducting research pertaining to LAI projects and activities, maintaining contact databases, assisting with the organization of events, managing social media for the initiative, attending meetings on behalf of LAI, and briefing senior fellows and support staff.

The internship is based in Washington, DC, and will last from June to August. Please note that all internships are unpaid and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
