The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (“The Chapter”) of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) seeks to enhance and advance the law enforcement profession by providing financial support to students pursuing higher education. The Chapter is pleased to offer a scholarship award of at least $1,000 to students who pursue an academic degree with the intent to work in criminal justice or related field.

college , university applicants must be enrolled (at the time of application and disbursement of scholarship) Full Time at an accredited College or university and have completed 24 semester (or 36 quarter) units of College study prior to award disbursement. Proof of registration and an official transcript will be required prior to award disbursement. High school applicants must receive a high school diploma or equivalent in the academic school year during which they are applying. Applicants must be accepted at an accredited academic institution (proof of acceptance/registration and an official high school transcript will be required prior to award disbursement). Applicants must pursue an academic degree with the intent to work in criminal justice or within the law enforcement profession. Applicants must have a minimum, cumulative grade point average of 2.7.
